Any former Piezo users that have converted to MIS UT??

Any former Piezo users that have converted to MIS UT
inks? If so, why?

It is CIS ink buying time, and I don't know if I want
to spend more money on the new Piezo curves, and their
expensive inks when they come out.

Will I regret this? Am I likely to miss anything by
converting over to a MIS UT black and white inkset?

Thanks!

Jeff, I am currently using the MIS inks - FS Neut Hex set for the Cone Driver. I am always hearing people that view my prints not believing they are digital( I guess a compliment). the inks are very good, no clogs. I still am waiting for more testing on the UT inks before I convert.

So, it is not necessary to have matched Piezo inks when using the
Piezo driver? I own the driver, but thought that if I was using
the MIS inks, I should not use (would not need?) the Piezo driver.

No , in fact at this juncture, i like the MIS FSN inks. Plug in set to piezo inks eventho they are MIS and terrific results. They also have FS inks that are used without the plug-in, but I paid for it I'll use it and so far I'm pleased
