Their R2110C seems to be the ticket, for $21.  They got a lot
of nerve charging $7 S&H for a 3/4" x 7" piece of card-stock
though !

Yes. I am bothered by people making substantial profit on their S&H.  
But to be balanced $28 isn't very much for an item that is not easy 
to produce.
