Have used them on my 3000. Pulled the ink carts and did a shut down. This
purged the system. Then started printer and inserted the cleaning carts. It
did a full recharge. Printed several sheets of paper to make sure all the
old ink was gone.

I then did the above again. This got the printer ready for the new ink. Put
in the new ink. Did a recharge and started to print. Time consuming but
relative easy.

To seal the carts I use regular Scotch Tape. Probably do not need to do this
since the rubber seals itself.

This is for the Epson 3000. If you own a different printer your procedures
may be different.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
