Printing B&W with Windows on Epson 2200 another choice
2003-09-25 by Avery Minor
I just completed a 100 copy set of 13x19 B&W prints for a school reunion. The large image of a pencil drawing of their school was done in 1984 and recorded for printing with a digital camera. Although I did a little restoration work in Photoshop, I could have probably skipped that step and worked the pic in Qimage as it has the necessary features. I printed the set with Qimage (www.ddisoftware.com/qimage) which I use for all my Epson 2200 printing. It costs $39.95 from the web, all upgrades are free and there is a free demo. I have used the program for years with all sorts of printers to print the prints I sell. The price, features, upgrades and quality is impossible to match.
