Digital BW, The Print

I am looking for a small program that correct distortion from a 
fish eye. It functions as a Photoshop filter. The company also 
sells a Photoshop filter a helps convert color to bw. My computer 
had a major melt down and I am in the process of reinstalling all 
by programs, which really sucks
