On my Mac with Safari each new window is postage stamp size. With Camino browser full screen windows with each new link. I spent more time trying to figure out the links and getting to images and galleries. To many new windows/links/clicks to get to a gallery or see an image. It's confusing. Nice concept and images are really nice just need to refine the navagation some. Best, John V

I really like the concept, and the photographs that I looked at are superb. I just think that the execution needs refining, the links and "pop-up" window behaviour in particular. And to be really picky, the home page should say "a site dedicated to aspects of fine art photography.."; in other words, drop the word "the" Quentin

Well, the first three pages are very nice-but that's as far as I get. It seems my IE is being cranky, & won't open a new page from a link. And what are 'CSactions? (I took a look at the code) it takes two paragraphs of this code to execute a few links? is this a Microsoft idea of progress? Hi there,
The gallery photographs are very inspiring but all that window opening & closing makes the pc work sloooowwww. Besides this, i feel the interface very un-user-friendly and a bit complex to use.
Have a look at my own personal gallery and you might be able to work out a simpler version of the gallery with not so many windows:

One of the foremost points you will notice is that flash makes the interface so much more userfriendly.

Beaautiful photographs, but agree with others... a non-user friendly web site design. The multiple windows is a minor annoynace. But please accept a suggestion to avoid the major annoyance of java script. Look to Amazon, Ebay, and Microsoft for proof that you can do any web function imaginable without java. Java script is the source of all pop-up windows and the source of most devious "virus" code. Leaving java disabled in IE lets the user surf save and clean. I leave mine disabled and turn it on only when I positively absolutely have to.

Whatever happened to the Piezo inks for Canons that Cone promised at the beginning of the year.? Not to be a pain in the butt, but he originally announced their impending availability just about a year ago at Photo Expo Plus East 2002. He still lists them as "Canon soon," but I gotta wonder if they are just "vaporware." Anyone know what gives? Jon's beginning to outdo M$ on delayed product releases with this one.. The imagery is great. However, forcing full screen windows on each and every new page/image is REALLY bad form.. The web is a multi-tasking paradigm, not a gallery one where you control the viewer's perspective. Every time I hit a site that forces new full-screen windows constantly, I leave. Plain and simple.. Hi All I expect that my MIS inks will be delivered this week, and I'm wondering...is there anything I have to do before I can use them? Some kind of cleaning thing before I plop in the new cartridge? A link to a web page, maybe on the circular MIS page? All tips welcome...assuming I can get the 1280 cart to work in my 900 ;) ...Mike __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
