Linux QuadTone How To

Linux QuadTone How To

2003-10-21 by Roger L Sopher

I have a "how to" for setting up a Linux box for Roy Harringtons QuadTone
RIP that is, I think, ready to go. I reset up my Linux box using it and
everything seemed to drop into place but no ironclad guarantees :-)

QuadTone will work on a Pentium II or AMD 6 and 128 mb . A faster processor
and more memory will improve QuadTone's speed but it is a practical system
even with the slower processors. Some sweat equity in becoming somewhat
familiar with Linux is necessary.

It is fairly sizable PDF (about 1 mb) due to the screen shots. If any one is
interested in a copy let me know and I will email it to you. If you have a
broadband connection there is no problem, if you have a dial up connection
let me know and I'll send it to you in three emails.

Sweeet. I have a "hand-me-down" dual PII 350. Works okay.

I've got broadband, can you send me one? Or you can put in some ftp
site.
