OPM/IJC together with Epson 2100

OPM/IJC together with Epson 2100

2003-11-15 by theo_kupfer

Hi,

I got a used Mac, got OPM and OS9 just to recognize
that it does not work with the Epson Stylus Photo 2100.

Does anybody know if there is a solution to this?

Best regards

Theo

Hi Theo,

I have OPM, OS 9.2 and it works on my 2200. There should be
no difference between 2100 and 2200 ( except input voltage).

Can you describe in more detail the nature of your problem?

Can you open the application?

Can you select a printer?
Note: Your printer must be hooked up to the computer via USB.
If you are using a parallel or firewire hookup, it won't work.

2. If you can open the application and select a printer, next step
is to select a profile. Two are provided with the OPM download
from the Bowhaus site.

Hope this helps.

Hi Dave,

That's what I thought, that there is no difference.

I could install OPM (I use OS 9.1). I can start the application
and select a printer (I use USB).
I can open a image and select the appropriate profiles.

But when I press the print button I get the message that the
printer is not supported.

Hmmm

Best regards

Theo
