Up to now I've only found rebranded Hahnemuehle's.

Better to keep the reply in English I guess :-)
Hahnemuehle ended its subsidiaries in  's Hertogenbosch,
theNetherlands (that covered Belgium too AFAIK) about a year ago.
The headoffice in Dassel Germany is where you have to get your
information from. The Papermill in Antwerp and now also in Puurs
always distributed Hahnemuehle art papers for etching etc and
should be able to deliver Hahnemuehle inkjet papers. They also
have the Canson (Arches) inkjetpapers. Ask Jacob.
