Changing non-empty carts on 1200

Changing non-empty carts on 1200

2003-11-19 by Richard Smallfield

Apologies if this is a very stupid question.

I have not been able to work out how to change cartridges on my new (old) 1200 when they are not empty: the user guide says that if the light is not showing a cartridge to be empty, pushing the button activates the cleaning cycle instead.

Sorry if I keep asking dumb questions - I'm unwell and learning all this is a bit of a struggle.

thanks,
Richard

I believe if you push the PAPER feed button, and hold it down for a
few seconds, the carriage will move to the left, and you can remove
the carts, then after you have replace the carts, press the same
button, and the carriarge will return to park.
No question is stupid if you do not know the answer!
