Digital BW, The Print

Yesterday I had the photo black cart in my Epson 2200, today I switched
to the matt black but the printer never recognized it....kept telling me
I had the wrong cart in.

What else should I be doing to make the printer recognize the matt cart?
Anything?

Lea,

Go to maintainance in the print driver and under printer and option 
information, highlight the matt black and all should then be well.
