Digital BW, The Print

I'm looking at purchasing an Epson 2200, and have a couple of questions. First, how 
many 8x10 prints could I normally expect from a set of cartridges. Or is there some 
kind of ballpark guideline to use in figuring that out based on square inches?  I'm 
trying to decide how many cartridges to buy in the first round, and what the cost per 
print might be for 8x10 and 11x14.

And what about the speed for these two print sizes?

In reading the archives, I cannot get a clear sense of whether to go with Sundance, 
Epson OEM or MIS, so I'm looking for any added comments in that regard, and as to 
whether a ICC profile, (Photoshop plug in in the case of Sundance) will suffice vs a 
RIP.  Thanks.
