Digital BW, The Print

I wonder when following clayton Jones' workflow  in BO with his 
front end PScs settings  if they have to be changed if you switch 
back to printing in color? Or do those front end  settings stay the 
same for BO and for color?  eg :  pc  edit/ color setting/ us 
prepress etc

I can't say for sure because I don't do any color printing, but I
think the BO workflow would not apply.  If you open an RGB image and
go to the \Mode\Assign Profile dialog, the list of profile choices is
different than with grayscale.
