I think I've found a partial solution to the hp premium plus cockling 
issue.  just pad your image with a light gray border and print edge 
to edge.  the cockling seems to occur because you get residual 
swelling in the center of your prints and not at the edges.  brings 
up the per print cost up even higher, but seems to eliminate the 
cockling.  still get some curling, but the is easier to deal with.
