R800 so far:

Epson Premium Glossy - a color image printed excellent with Gloss Optimizer
Epson Premium Glossy - B&W - color cast when printed color/Gloss Optimizer
Epson Premium Luster - B&W - much less color cast/no Gloss Optimizer
- very slight bronzing
Epson Enhanced Matte - B&W - no color cast - a very good looking print

I'm using all kinds of color and monochrome, chromogenic and
traditional B&W, but all 400 speed, my max scan resolution is 2770,
and the 5760 dpi of the R800 has been impessive.

Still testing mainly for prints for book publication, I haven't come
close to consensus myself.

keep us posted when you try other papers. it seems too good to be
true, but if your initial results are true it would be exciting...
especially if they come out with a wide carriage version.
