Some time ago I asked on this forum about your experiences with MIS customer service. Many of you told me to have a little patience and all would be well. I am reporting back to say that you were right and MIS has gone above and beyond to resolve the difficulties I had. I am very pleased with their products AND with their service. I am often asked to recommend ink vendors and I am pleased to add MIS to the (small) list of 3rd party providers of Epson-compatible inks. Linda Jacobs
