Vertical banding Epson 1160 BO

Hi, I am now having some trouble with vertical banding in my black only prints. Very thin clear stripes are visible every 0.5mm or so in shadow parts (from about 70% to 90% grey). I have already performed multiple head cleaning and realignment cycles without success. Here is my configuration: Epson 1160 in 1440 dpi 'mat paper' configuration Epson Archival matte paper MIS ebony ink 2400 dpi scans Any help will be welcome
