Epson 4000 and Image Print???

Epson 4000 and Image Print???

2004-04-29 by Tom OConnell

Anyone using Image Print with a 4000 yet?

I'm getting awfully nice prints with the Epson driver but I fell
confined with only epson paper profiles.

If you are using it, where did you get it and what did it cost? I've
traded emails with Colorbyte and it sounds like it's ready to go but
have not received a price yet.

thanks,

I'm guessing that they won't put it out on IP5.6. So, when 6.0 comes out, I would expect it to be there. Colorbyte has been saying the "end of the month" since January. But, the rumors are getting more promising lately. From what the web site says, there are some pretty useful changes for both color and b&w. I'm holding off doing some printing on IP5.6 until I can get 6.0. It sounds great.
