I don't know. I might be willing to release a couple carts (VM and maybe FS
versions) for independent review, but it would be clearly an experimental
ink -- a beta version that might hit the wall or become obsolete before
you've printed much.

I hope I'm not a one trick pony.

The VM curves are not just for one inkset. Its a standard to which all my
creations will be geared, and I'll probably publish the methodologies for
mixing that I come up with so that the creative fanatics out there can
easily design and make their own, unique approaches for the VM and FS/Piezo
workflows.

The VM X3 is 100% [OK, maybe 98%] compatible with the existing curves. (Of
course, I never have gotten around to doing the 1160 Mac, but your solution
seems to work.)

The black is the same.

Hex Inks for 9000/9500

2001-10-19 by Bill Morse

Can anyone clue me into which hex inksets can and cannot be run on a 9000?
On a 9500?
Does PiezoPro work with either?

Thanks

Bill

Bill,

Every Epson model seems to have its own quirks. While it would seem
likely that Piezo, MIS VM and MIS original would work as they would
in the 7000, I suspect that they don't.

Give Inkjetmall a call and see if the Piezo Pro works on the 9000.
Has anyone tried Paul Roark's 7000 curves for MIS VM on a 9000 or
9500?

Martin
