Digital BW, The Print

Does anyone know if this another manufacturers watercolour type paper
rebranded or Ilfords own?

Hahnemuhle William Turner 190 gsm, AKA MediaStreet Royal Jazz, and 
others(?).  All cheaper than the Ilford brand paper.

IMO: Awesome paper.
