Could be - the alignement needs to be done on the same thickness paper as
you are printing on. Think of it as firing six guns at a target, if the
distance changes the 6 aren't going to coincide. Check your Unsharp masking
as well as that can create a kindof halo.

Hi David:

How are your nozzle checks when you have this problem.  I usually run 2 
cleanings automatically and then do a nozzle check before printing.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
