Digital BW, The Print

I aligned on sommerset, also, for the next print outs in the 
series, the color blocks that you are to pick the "smoothest" 
square, darn if they don't look pretty much the same , even with a 
good loupe.
Any way, I'm still getting the apparent mis aligned edge.

Come to think of it a client of mine has a 1270 and when he 
prints with a black boarder around an image the boarder has a 
slight misting in some spots - it's sharp but has some scattered 
dots of ink - even after an alignment. This is with Epson inks. It 
could just be inherent in some printers!?
