Hi What's the difference between the Ilford smooth pearl and classic pearl? Can you print with UT2 inks on either with the same profiles? Mark

Mark, Use the Ilford Smooth Pearl for pigments like the UT2 inks. The Classic is for dyes. I think it is a swellable coating. I tried some with the UT inks and, as I recall, it did not dry within a reasonable time (if ever).
