Epson 200 UT7 Inks

2004-07-20 by prodigitalimage

I'm using the Epson 2200 with UT7 Inks. The system works great.I
normally print on matte papers. Once in a while I need to print on
glossy papers. As you know, bronzing is a problem with glossy papers.
Paul Roark made mention that the Epson Photo paper doesn't have any
bronzing. All my prints on the paper have bronzing. My question is:
Are there any glossy papers for the UT7 inks that don't have the
bronzing effect?

Steven,

You're getting bronzing with Epson Glossy Photo Paper? I have not seen this
before. The Premium Gloss is bad, but the cheaper stuff has been quite good
for me.

Use PremierArt spray to get the bronzing under control with the newer,
microporous papers. Try the Epson Premium Semigloss and Ilford Galerie
Smooth Pearl.

Good luck.
