If you have blocked nozzles try MIS nozzle cleaning fluid. Go to their internet site www.inksupply.com and read their info on unblocking nozzles. I had a blocked nozzle and like you used a cart full of ink to no prevail. Used their fluid and hey presto it worked !!

I tried this already. I am not using the MIS cleaning stuff, but a 
German product. It is my feeling that I have air bubbles, since the 
clogged nozzles change all the time. If this is true, the air 
bubbles are very persistent. Any recommendations how to get them 
out? Ususally one has to wait, but the cartridges are now 4 day 
installed.
