I've recently discovered that "invalid printer settings"
problem. It is caused by the Paper Feed print dialog.
You should avoid going into that dialog window -- don't
open it to look. Sheet feed is the default and all
that works. If you have a Preset that doesn't work you
should delete and recreate it.
