MIS B&W inks in Germany?

Hi,

I am new to this Forum and search did not help. Does anybody here know
if there is a German distributor for MIS B&W inks?

Thanks and ciao

Just order what you need straight from MIS. I've had shipments from them
arrive here in Norway five days after I placed the order. Their
shipments always go straight through customs without any problems too.

They're also real good about replacing products. They sent me a bottle
of universal black instead of Eboni once, and immediately sent me a new
bottle of Eboni once I told them of the problem. I didn't even need to
return the other bottle.

that is exactly what I did, but maybe I had bad luck or German customs
is more paltry. At least I had to show up at customs and do some
paperwork to get the cartridges. Anyway the first prints were so
promising that I will go for a CIS/CFS. In this case I do not have to
do this procedure too often.

Ruedger,

I buy from MIS for shipment to Greece - much cheaper than what I
presume to be similar products from UK vendors (I visit the UK every
few months).

I ask MIS to pack goods in quantities less than a kilo and less than
US$100 value and post USPS. Most times, the goods arrive with no tax
deducted, I assume it is too much trouble to process. However, for
some reason, occasional packages are sent by USPS via courier through
Germany, and the courier has no discretion so charges tax.

Typical delivery times 5 - 8 business days.

I have found it necessary to email MIS with the order and follow up
the same day with a telephone call giving full creit card details.
