Somerset Photo Enhanced Velvet paper

Could anyone describe their experiences, positive or negative, with this paper, sold by Legion? I've noticed that it is rarely mentioned as a favorite paper among list members, and I'm curious as to why. Does anyone know whether it contains optical brighteners or whether any dMax data is available? I print with an Epson 2200 with Ultrachrome inks and with an Epson C84 with MIS EZ-N inks.
