Print Presentation and other finishing questions

Given that I'm going to drymount, what size to drymount an A3? Onto 16x20 board? Or is that like mixing oil and water? How do you show prints? In polyester sleeves? With tissue interleaving? (BTW, I cannot find A3 precut archival tissue. Is there such an animal?) Again many, many thanks to those people who have answered my questions Yaakov Asher Sinclair
