poor image quality on our brand new EPSON 2100

Greeting friends,I'm a newdei in the forum and sorry for this
introduction, here's my problem..
We just got a new epson 2100 last week run a few test on it, did the
gray balancer calibration process, did color print testing also, used
both the matted black ink and photo ink, used both premiun glossy and
enhance matted, works as expected with just some more fine tuning, in
short no problem,,,
Had a break over the week end, Mondat, today, did my usual process to
do some print, but the result is really bad, the color is off, there
is banding, did the nozzle test, the output pattern is very bad..
I have some jpeg sample i'm attachimg it...
Any idea what's causing these?
Thank in advance, Eric

Obviously if the nozzle test is bad you should perform a couple of
cleaning cycles ;-) .
