Profiles for Lyson Inks

Profiles for Lyson Inks

2004-11-08 by horseman980

I am using Lyson Quad Black Inks on an Epson 1280. Should I be using
on of the profiles on the Lyson web Site. If so which one? I too am
having banding problems, though it seems to come and go.

Yes of course. Use the fine art profile for rag papers for the 1280 or the glossy one for rc
papers. Put these profiles in the color sync folder in Photoshop. Make sure you do a nozzle
check before starting to print anything. The workflow should be contained with the ink
package or on the Lyson website.

Thanks, but I forgot to mention that I am not using Lyson papers. I
am using Epson Enhanced Matte Paper.
