Bill Atkinson, who made canned color profiles famous and, effectively,  sold 
tons of 7600/9600 printers used it exclusively for his amazing color  work.

That would be positive feedback.  I didn't try his profiles, but it would be worth a try.  If/when I switch back to PK, I'll surely give them a try.
