first off why Somerset Velvet..Have you tried the Hahnemuhle White Velvet?
It has a better dmax from what I have heard and seen..

But if thats the paper than try Digital Art Supplies and Ask for Karen Tell
her I sent you she may even give you a discount.. lolol

That's our experience here, better color gamut as well.
