P. Roark: Printer Question

P. Roark: Printer Question

2004-12-14 by scott_now_coming

Hi Paul,

Is there any difference between the Epson C84 and the C86 besides the
length of print that is able to be printed?

I noticed the C84 will print 14" and the C86 will print 44".

I can buy either at CompUSA for the same price: $79.99 after rebate.

My intended purpose is to use it for B&W prints using MIS EZN carts.

Which would you purchase?

Thanks in advance for your reply,

Scott

Scott,

I'd get the newer C86. I'm not sure what all the differences are, but in my
view Epson usually improves the printers. I think the C86 has higher
resolution, but I'm not sure.
