Recommendations re CIS System, please.

Recommendations re CIS System, please.

Well, I've tried the MIS Ultratone7 MIS inks (cartridges) on an
Epson 2200 and I don't like them. Even with Paul's curves, to me,
they're muddied compared to OEM Ultrachromes with Imageprint. I'm
primarily working on either Photorag or Moab Entrada Bright White.

I'd appreciate recommendations of CIS alternative systems for my
Epson 2200 - either B&W only or color (for use with Imageprint
though). Absolute requirements are that: (1)they be archival, (2)
they be pigmented,(3) they be compatable with Imageprint and (4)
that they be capable with Imageprint of producing B&W prints without
a color cast -- whether green, magenta, or whatever.

I'd be grateful for any advice. Thank you.

You may be blaming the wrong parameter in the process.
I use UT2 on Photorag and Moab with QTR which gives me the possibility
to adjust the inks any way I need to and can tell you for sure that
any problems I've had with the quality of printing had to do with my
settings, not the ink, not the paper, not the printer.
I never used Imageprint.
