I'm having some problem navigating through inksupply's huge web site... If I order the EZ Ultratone ink in cartridge, will they be refillable or do I have to buy the refill kits? Thanks, danny

Danny, From what I understand, you'll need the refill versions: empty cartridges (you can find them under empty cartridges, not the refill link), syringe and a set of bottles of ink ... the same set that would come along with a Continuous flow system. Do it! I kind of wish I had. I bought the CFS. But order an extra yellow and an extra magenta cartridge (with chips, you definitely want the ones with chips) so you can play with neutral inks in the main and then warm inks in one of those positions to get various degrees of warmness. But even if I wish I had ... I'm really, really satisfied with these inks, even in the CFS system. It's great to just print away. Love it. Love the results too. It's so easy even my 15-year-old daughter is churning out fabulous prints from her Powershot A70 and now A95. I showed her the setting in the driver and off she goes. The prints are beautiful (hate to say it, but a lot of her shots are better than mine :) ) Best, Daniel

I just bought the pre-filled carts, and so far, have used a hypodermic syringe to refill the pre-filled carts. The carts have a rubber plug on top under the label that I inject the ink refill through. I got the chip resetter, but I saw a post on here yesterday that indicates there may be a piece of software out there that will reset the chips. I've only refilled the Eboni, but have a bottle of EZW-Yellow. According to Paul, the CMY inks are the same - either EZ or EZW. So, with a bottle of EZW, EZ, and Eboni, along with a set of EZ and EZW carts and one black cart, I think you could experiment with all combinations for not a lot of money. I don't know how many refillings the pre-filled carts will take, but I'm not planning on using the virgin empties yet. I did get a large black cart, but I've got to drill it out and plug it to use...yuck! Have fun, Lee -- Lee Hiers, AA4GA Cornelia, Georgia "Have Dobro Will Travel"
