Roll paper w/ QTR

Hi, Is anyone using the Roll paper option w/ the Epson 4000 printer? Manual & Auto feed work fine but roll paper does not... Any special settings? Also, for a 16x20 print from a 16 in. roll, would you use the 16x20 setting or custom w/ larger size setting...? Happy Holidays, SteveB
