Digital BW, The Print

Hi Group,

Just tried some BO prints with the 4000 and overall, they look good 
except they are too warm for my taste.  I remember when using my 
2200 awhile back with the Eboni Black cartridge, that the BO 
printing was much cooler with the Eboni ink.  

Any reason that the Eboni cartridge that MIS sells for the 7600 
couldn't be used in the 4000 for BO printing ???  Seems I recall 
that Mr. Roark mentioned something about some issues with the Eboni 
in the 4000, but I suspect he was referring to RGB prints.

Any thoughts appreciated/comments appreciated...

I'm using the 9600 Eboni black cartridge in my 4000 -- just make sure 
it's chipped for EK or matte black...   Yes, it's cooler in tone (and 
more pleasing)as compared to Epson matte black.
