Ink nomenclature

2005-02-03 by jsigmonmd24

Help,
In following these threads on ink, a primer on the abbreviations for the novice printer
would be nice.

For example, when someone is talking about K, LK, LKN, PKN, FSN I start to get lost.

I understand is photoblack PK, Matte black MK, I am guessing the LK is light black?

PKN/LKN Mis versions of some of the above? i've read Paul mention FSN; not quite sure
about that one either. Eboni is a matte black alternative?

Help

Jason
