Digital BW, The Print

Can anyone tell me how to install a second QUAD printer in QTR 2.1d?  I've 
tried adding one in the Printer Setup Utility and running the curves install, but 
the curves don't seem to install in that new printer.  Using the installer script 
doesn't load a second QUAD printer either.

The Epson 2200 I installed in Printer Setup Utility works fine.  I just can't figure 
out how to get the second QUAD printer to work.

I'm trying to avoid the trash/install procedure each time I change from MK to PK 
and to colour.

I've an Epson 1520 on which the black has stopped working.  No amount of 
cleaning, Windex, etc. seems to free it.

1. Any ideas for other ways to get the black going?

2. Anybody interested in this printer?  It prints beautiful shades of gray 
-- Just forget about dMax!  (Right now I've got MIS FS-UT ink, but regular 
Epson black (for testing) in place of the MIS black.

3. Any diagnosis about what may be wrong?
