Digital BW, The Print

I want to do Black Only printing with an Epson 1200.  I notice that 
MIS does not offer Eboni for the 1200.  Any suggestions for best 
archival printing.

I recently did some BO printing on my 1200 and was
very pleased with the results.  I used Nature Jet
paper because I had a supply available.  It is a
cotton rag paper with no OBs. I had a virgin empty
black cart that I put the Eboni ink into.  I did
pre-test mixing the Eboni and dye black ink together,
and they had no problem coexisting.  So if you don't
have a virgin black cart you could probably use an
empty dye ink cart and maybe flush it out with
syringes of distilled water or isopropyl alcohol. 
Doing this several times and then extracting the fluid
should work.
