Hi Clayton, Sorry for the delayed response - just getting back to the list. Sounds like a reasonable compromise, I do it that way myself sometimes. I would caution that if someone is browsing matted prints and lifts the mat expecting the print to be mounted to the backing it may jerk the print and stress the hinge or print itself. The problem of the print moving during assembly can be overcome and they sell all manner of expensive devices like shot bags and suede covered lead to facilitate the process. Or you could do like the first museum I work at did and use a brick wrapped in kraft paper! I'm being sarcastic of course, but they really did! BTW, thanks for the great info on BO printing. I turned a coworker on to your site on Friday and today he came in beaming with some beautiful BO prints from his 1280. John
