I used to switch back and forth between Epson MK and Eboni depending on whether I was doing b&w or color. Lately I've just left the Eboni in for both. Seems fine to me though I don't do any serious color work so perhaps I'm not as critical with color as others. Eboni is a little more neutral than the Epson UC blacks, which tend to be on the warm side (at least MK did in my 2200).
