Is there a B&W solution for these printers?

Is there any linearized solution of any kind for the Epson R800 printer and the now available 13" format R1800? It appears that the usual QTR and IJC/OPM solutions do not support them. Does anyone know of a way, commercial or non-commercial, to achieve this (using the OEM UC ink set)? Thanks for any help you can give!
