Digital BW, The Print

Hello,
in the next future I plan to get myself a second printer for VM inks - I
feel that FS is often too warm for my needs. To be able to print with both
inks at the same time, I would like to get another printer: Is the 1160 to
prefer (its still sold here) or more likely the 1290 (which is about 25 to
30% more expensive)?
Will the VM inks in "normal" position give exactly the same tone as Full
spectrum inks? In other words, would the VM be a complete substitute for FS
when used in neutral position?

what does an 116o sell for in DM ? they're outrageous here IF you can 
find them.
