Digital BW, The Print

Getting the plugs out is something I haven't tried yet!  

Resetting the chip while in the printer is not a problem since I use the SSC 
utility.  My thought was that refilling in the printer might avoid getting air 
into the nozzles if the carts were not removed.  I did have a heck of a time 
to get the yellow nozzles to work upon initial fill with the EZs.  I find that 
getting a good connection to the chip can be a problem at times when 
reseating the cart.  I've filled the sponge carts for years while still in the 
printer.  Sooo.. Has anyone tried to refill the EZ Carts while in the printer?  Paul, 
could opening the fill hole disrupt the venting system when the poppet valve 
is open?
