Digital BW, The Print

I downloaded and installed Roy Harrington's QTR only to discover that 
my Tiff files won't open in the QTRgui software. I keep getting a 
message "Unsupported Format" in the little window where the image 
should be viewed? Does anybody know why this is happening?

Which program do you use to create the tif?
