Epson 2200 (USA) and 2100 (UK) are they one and the same???

Hi all, I am researching the best options for me to start better quality digital darkroom printing which is becoming a very consuming pass-time. My current level of research is to look at Epson 2100 (here in the UK) which I think is the 2200 in the USA - are these printers one and the same?? Currently the options I am looking at for the 2100 printer are To put some MIS UT7 inks into it and have it as a dedicated B&W printer probably running through QuadTone RIP (If it'll work with UT7 not sure on that!) Or run it as a colour and B&W printer via using black only printing, which I am currently trailing on my R300 and of which I am very pleased with the results, no special profiles straight to Ilford Smooth Pearl via 20% Dot Gain and nice results, as the 2100 (2200) has 2880 x 1440dpi capabilities I'm sure the Black only option on this would look even better, especially with MIS Eboni ink .... One last ask - if assuming the 2100 is the same as a US 2200 could I (when I have made my mind up) put the MIS continuous ink system for the 2200 onto it? My current favorite pick for my next printer is the Epson 1160 with MIS UT cartridges - will the 2100 be a better option with either of the setups I have suggested. Thanks for taking the time to read this Kind Regards Paul Prowse
