jm I've had the 4000 for 6 months now. I print b/w all the time using the ultrachrome inks on hphoto ragvia qtr. I use the machine about twice a week (it's a hobby not a business). i've had no clogs or banding at all... just the occasional paper misfeed problem that I've learned to live with.
