I note that there are listed curves for this paper, but it is not
a media type option. What media type should I select?

Thanks.

Changing ink C86

2005-05-05 by Peter De Smidt

I'd like to change my black cartridge to photo black from an ebony one.
However, the print head on my c86 stays too far to the right to make the
change. How do you get the print carriage to a good position to change
cartridges before the cartridges run out of ink?

Thanks,
Peter

The ink button at the left on the top of the printer doesn't move the print
head over?

Leave it at Matte unless specifically told to do so in a readMe that came
with the curves

Can you share your solution? I'd like to know for future reference
as I have the same setup.
Thanks,
Anne

Press the leftmost of the three buttons on the top of the printer -
the one with the picture of a droplet. That will move the print head
/ carts into position for changing. Change the cart and press the
same button again.
